After purchasing no fewer than 9 vehicles from this dealership I have decided it is no longer worth the drive (30 min) to purchase or utilize for repair/ warranty work. I have a problem with Greenway Ford. Formally known as Dick Smith Ford. I had an oil change and tire
rotation, maybe a month ago. But on the 18th of this month, I decided to wash my vehicle at home.

I wrote a lengthy review, and tried to paste, it's too many words. Essentially, if you want up front honesty, and straight answers, this isn't going to be the place for you.

If I could give a zero rating, I would. I brought my car in and it ended up needing a transmission. When I got my car back the interior was completely covered in maggots. My coolant was missing and the hose coming from my coolant was broken. My coolant and hose were just fine when I brought the car in with no issues. This dealer is shady and unprofessional. I ordered a 2023 Ford Bronco with Greenway Ford November 2022 because they said no dealer markup. The Bronco arrived July 2023 and $30k dealer mark up was added. Greenway Ford refused to honor our deal but was given a "no hard feelings". Stay away!!

This dealership has VERY misleading advertising and its a shame dealership as a whole use misleading information to lure people in THEN!! Tell them some ridiculous stuff needed that wasn't said in the ad. If it sounds too good to be true believe it, I talked to someone about the ad etc on the phone then I was given the facts and I don't remember his name but you need to be making $3,000 or more to get a vehicle

SSave yourself a headache by not dealing with this dealership. Their finance department is either the biggest bunch of swindlers imaginable, or the most incompetent bunch of idiots on earth. The greeting was prompt, the workers were nice and courteous, my overall visit was pleasant.

I will never again bring my Vehicles to your dealership agian for service, past three times were nothing but total disregard and respect to the customer not to mention the last time I was there, your service dept totally forgot about my F 150 waiting for a scheduled oil change for over 2 hours until I asked about it, then once it was done you failed to rotate the tires as part of the service. I bought both of my vehicles from your dealership sad that your service dept chases away customers.

Listing on Cars.com was “great deal”. They responded fast & let me know sale was pending. Seems “great deal” listing is a good attraction, because listing remained on Cars.com to direct traffic to dealer many days beyond “sold”. But they did contact me & respond immediately to my inquiry

Friendly, helpful, understanding and willing to help you explain the problem. Recognizes you as a returning customer. I have two Ford vehicles and there both older and l won't good quality mechanics to work on them.

Went for an oil change with appointment and was told guy left early sorry. Came back another day and was told it would be 2 and a half hours they have no one doing oil changes. I walked out horrible customer service no empathy from lady at service desk. Will never be going back.

Oil change took 2hrs and 20 minutes with an appointment. Truck came back with greasy floor mats. Will not be returning.

Everybody was very courteous and helpful and stressed that they wanted my experience to be a good one. Not the typical high-pressure salesmen. I felt very comfortable with all of them.

It took them almost four weeks to get and install a steering column in my 2016 Ford Edge. I went three weeks with no transportation. I filed several complaints including Ford customer care line and all of a sudden today I got a call. The part just came in and it will be ready tomorrow. Five minutes later another call stating it would be ready today by the close of business. I get there and I have to wait until 6:42 pm (they close at 6pm). I'll be returning it in the morning because the wheel alignment is off.🤬
