5.0L V8 GT — the classic answer, and the only path to the six-speed manual. If shifting it yourself is the point, you’re shopping GTs.

Dark Horse — new for 2024 and the first new Mustang nameplate in years. Highest V8 output in the lineup with track-focused chassis, brake, and cooling hardware. These hold value well and trade less often, so good ones move quickly.
