The GT Performance Pack adds the hardware that changes how the car drives, along with 19-inch wheels and unique exterior treatments. If you care about back roads, find one with it.

Dark Horse: The Track One

500 horsepower with upgraded cooling and track-focused chassis hardware. Built for people who actually take cars to track days — Heartland Motorsports Park, Kansas Speedway events, or wherever you run.

If you don’t track it, the GT gives you the same V8 character for less money and a more forgiving ride on Missouri pavement.

Chassis and Drive Modes

Available MagneRide damping reads the road continuously and adjusts, which is what lets one car ride acceptably on broken pavement and stay flat through a corner. It’s the single option that most changes daily livability on a performance Mustang.

Selectable drive modes include Normal, Sport, Track, and Drag Strip, adjusting throttle response, steering weight, and shift behavior.

Available RECARO sport seats hold you in place during hard driving while staying comfortable enough for a long trip — though they’re firmer than the standard seats, so sit in both.
